We strive to deliver high quality and functional products but sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange, a full refund or on-line store credit with the exception of a few particular customized products that are noted in the return policy. Please see below for more information on our refund policy, our return policy, and our customized or “on-demand” products.*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our return policy expires 30 days after your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
* Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Made on-demand products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer’s defect, or we processed the order incorrectly. We take great care before we send you these products and inspect each and every product before it ships. If the product is defective or the order is incorrect, we are happy to either exchange the product for the correct item(s) or refund your money once we have receive the returned item(s).
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Used or worn items
- Items missing their original packaging
If you need to return an item, please contact us at CustomerService@Gr8Sk8Stuff.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will be happy to assist you. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. To complete your return, we require a Return Authorization number that we will issue upon request.
Exchanges or returns due to defect or incorrect orders qualify for free return shipping. In this case, we will send you a Return Authorization and a prepaid return shipping label that you must use. Exchanges of these items qualify for free shipping both ways.
There are certain situations where partial or no refunds are granted:
Items with obvious signs of use, items not in original condition, and damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date on your order.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the item is approved fro refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow at least two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund when expected, first check your credit card account again. If still missing, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at CustomerService@Gr8Sk8Stuff.com.
Sale items:
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded and are considered final sale.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged for free. If you need to exchange an item for another color or size of the same item (providing that it qualifies for exchanges), please send us an exchange request via email at CustomerService@Gr8Sk8Stuff.com. Once the exchange is approved, we will send you shipping instructions and an EA number (Exchange Authorization). When you have received your EA number, please ship your item(s) to: Gr8Sk8Stuff.com, 510 Woodbine Road, Stamford, CT, 06903, United States. Once the item to be exchanged is received by us, we will notify you via email and ship the exchange item to you with free shipping.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
Returns Shipping:
To return your product, please ship your product to: Gr8Sk8Stuff.com, 510 Woodbine Road, Stamford, CT, 06903, United States. Please write your RA number on the outside of the package.
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or shipped incorrectly. If you receive a pre-approved refund because of damage or an incorrectly shipped item, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to use.
If we send you a prepaid shipping label, using any other method of shipping will not be refunded. We will not be responsible for or accept C.O.D. shipped returns.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, times may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Information:
We normally ship to the USA and Canada. However, we can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please email us for costs and special shipping requests at CustomerService@Gr8Sk8Stuff.com. We will be happy to send you details and information so you can make the best decision for your order. We are always happy to help with special requests.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
